Our Karate Rugby programme has been especially developed with mum’s and dad’s requirements for their children in mind. Obviously parents want their children to have fun and learn this great activity, but they also want their children to improve character traits like confidence, respect, self discipline, and valuable life skills like fitness, self defence and teamwork. 	Our Karate Rugby curriculum has been built on decades of experience and took 12 months of planning and testing to finalise. Our lessons develop the necessary life skills hand in hand together with all the physical curriculum children need to get to black belt.
	Our lessons are taught using modern sport science and coaching methods.
	All of our trusted instructors make sure that every child has a fantastic time with loads of fun, and our mums and dads rest easy knowing that their child is ready for anything that life may throw at them.
